Whatever you did with the money you took is YOUR business. Not anybody elses. Quit the sob stories and trying to pass on the buck and repay the people you stole from.

Has ANYONE actually received the work that was promised them?

To be fair while I have a lot of sympathy for people that have been scammed. Time and time again people are told that 'guaranteed' SEO services are scams, but they still continue to chase them.

 

I'm sure this was a planned scam from the beginning. Now that's over, and I have checked the PMs I had with Cheap SEO Scams and King of Scammers, I know this was a perfect planned scam from the beginning.

 

This isn't about your feelings, you twit. You were trusted to handle over $50,000 of our money and you messed up bigtime. YOU are responsible for getting everyone's money back, whether it means getting it through King, or through your own balance.

For someone thats run off with thousands of dollars of money I find you're attitude appalling. Could someone please sue this scammer who sees fit to laugh at the people he's ripped off?

How the hell would you feel, people trusted you.
You offered the guarantee so you should at least try and give something back in return.

Are you for real? Pay back the money. Its really not rocket science. Drop the sob stories and pay back what you took. You were lying when you took the money from people so there's no excuse.
If you have to hand over 50% of you're wages so be it. If you have to sell the car so be it. No doubt you'll claim poverty, no business, no work, no websites blah blah blah. Anything to stop having to give the money back right?

Maybe there is a mod on the forum, that is known to others here (By known, i mean their address is known) that could handle the cahsh?

This really is your chance to help some people get a bit of $ back, and also get some rep back on dp. If you do this, then I for one will +rep you. - Its easy to screw up, but it takes guts to stick around and sort it out.

So, maybe have a look around, and PM some mods to see fi they know of anyone that could hold the funds and divide them up?

Or start a thread to see if anyone else knows of one. Obviously it would have to be someone trusted, and whose real address is known by a few members.

 

Why would you forward the money onto Kings of Kings for? Why did you think that was a good idea? Apart from this massive scam, in the past you seem to have a sensible head on your shoulders, but this whole issue doesn't sounds right.....You are responsible in some way, and you obviously have some profit from the deals....You wouldn't give all the money away now! And if you did give all the money away to Kings then you are an idiot and deserve to go to a nut farm.

Hmnnnn, all the comments just don't add up. I would encourage those 'ripped off' to seek legal counsel.

 

Since a crime has been commited ie:fraud with all the evidence in plain site, even admitted by the poster himself, surely the police could follow this up, and let them decide who is to blame and follow the money trail. Not a small amount of money either.
I feel sorry for Colin, but I am amazed he could of let this happen.

after reading this thread it sounds like you just did a rather poor job of representing your actual role in this process, you were merely the guy that took the thousands and thousands of dollars from people here that trusted you, sent it to some random guy in the middle east you barely know for just a small %, then tried to get out of the firing line at the first sign of things going bad.

unfortunately for you, YOU are the person who received the $ so legally speaking the services contract is with you, no matter how hard you try to deflect it to the other guy. the facts are the guy you sent the money to is the smart one, he just used you as hate sponge and likely you'll bare the brunt of any legal action these people start.

one thing i dont get though, is how in the world you thought this wasn't going to end badly? also, im completely amazed at the amount of people lining up to paypal people thousands of dollars knowing full well services are next to impossible to claim on?

 

i mean, man, what do you expect? look, personally i had conversations with you before about this service and i wanna leave off the fact if I feel empathy for you or not.. it's about your situation here and our money.. you didn't even listened to me when i told you the reports are 75% fake.. in that situation you blamed me, namely your customer .. i just don't like the attitude some people tend to have in stress situations - people who then start to attribute bad qualities to others to make themselves look better in the big picture, what you should do now is show that you actually do something and not whine around. maybe show some action towards getting us our money back or giving us some value for it, report?
