Is this really about his age? all I know is what he told me... (if that is true or not i do not know) i seen no id.. but what he told me is that he is not 15 ... but i do know that he is not over 18

It is not my place to tell his exact age and i really do not think this whole thread is about his age.. it is more about the truth or what has been and has not been said..

the point of this thread is about cameron being a scammer, unethical business man who treats his clients, other hosting companies like they are junk or some nerd in school that he still has yet to finish...

so forget about his age and focus on the real topic...what cameron is, and what he is going to do since he isn't able to be on here now that he screwed himself over...

He could easily make a new account again. But he wont, since he ran away, as scammers do.

And others, do not start telling me he cant make an account, he even had double accounts. He can easily make a new account again using a remote desktop windows server with another IP. But he wont.

so in that post sarahk is allowing cameron to have another account already, which according to the rules is not allowed but yet he is being treated as though he is of some kind of royalty or special which can be referred to as favoritism.

 

yeah rules only apply to certain folks,, some are allowed to do what they want.. i know if i made a second account i would be banned in a heart beat.. regardless if i was trying to communicate with mods or not it states under no circumstances you are not allowed to have 2 accounts..

so if the mods like you then you can do as you please.. it sounds to me that i just need to find a new forum where rules are rules regardless who you are or who you know.. .

 

With all respect to sarahk, he is banned now but she/he (i guess its she ) should have done that in the moment she knew about this, as it would be done to any one else... But thats what im thinking. Maybe he had a reason I do not know..

ok now, see that is somewhat fair...but still if someone hijacks your account..they shouldn't be allowed another account since that account could be then hijacked as well if the person has a keylogger on the persons computer...but i believe that even the mods should follow the rules as the admins set them in place, whether your account is hijacked or not...no multiple accounts...

that is how i feel about it...not attacking anyone or the mods, but stating a fact that should be for everyone

 

Only owner of account is responsible for his acc, if he got hacked that is not our problem, sorry, be smarter next time with other acc on some other forum

Exactly. This is exactly the reason why the age part is so important in this business. This is why it is mentioned several times in this topic.

For all of you who do not understand why it is so important to be 18+ when you own a business. It is because you are legally not allowed to enter into a juridically binding contract. This means you simply cannot legally close a written deal. It will not be valid in any court case, so if something goes wrong, you have no one to complaint to. Infact, because there is no contract, he can even sue you for libel or slander or other forms of sickness.

 

Not totally correct, at least where I live when I went to school 'unless it's changed' a minor can not enter into a contract 'except' for such a case a business is involved the circumstances and the law changes.

This is in the US though, possibly my states law as well.

To me it's simple as if he lied on one thing it goes to his overall character and honesty.

 

Well in Europe, you cannot even start a business below the age of 18, unless your parents sign you in and they will be responsible if your business goes broke.

It's the same as with travelling to other countries, a person above the age of 18 needs to accompany you.

Personally, like Sarah said, I believe a minor should NOT start a business. You need to be responsible enough for it. In The Netherlands here, you are called financially independant if you reach the age of 21.
