I think there's a double standard. If you have a popular, established website and they find you in breach of their TOS, they'll send you a warning and ask you to resolve it. Obviously, they want to retain an important website like yours in their publisher network. But if you're not a significant publisher, they'll ban you without warning and without explanations. My network of websites delivers over 50 000 impressions a day. I had adsense ads on a website that had content that's not allowed by google's TOS. That website itself is small, only about 200 uniques a day, however my adsense account as a whole is of highest quality otherwise, with some of the finest traffic 95% of which comes from North America, Western Europe or Australia, lots of impressions, lots of quality clicks - they just sent me an email that one of my sites that's against their rules has their ads on it, told me which one it is and asked me to remove it within 3 days. Had I not had the network o quality, established sites, I'd probably be banned with no explanation. I do not try my luck anymore, of course. I play strictly within AdSense rules now.
Sites showing Google ads may not contain pop-ups or pop-unders that interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, or initiate downloads. its probably because of the rule above this text. Adbrite has this Full Page ads. and i have it in all of my sites... so what do you think? is that the reason why i got banned?
