Because of this I wasn't even able to get into my damn account after trying to pay for something. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.
If you couldn't use your account after that appeared then it's your fault. It should take all of one-minute to fill in the account numbers. You should thank PayPal for your protection because if someone else had tried to access your account for less than ethical reasons, they wouldn't be able to.
If you get that message, it's because your IP has been marked as possible threat and every account you try to login with that IP, will come up with that message

Why dont you email the paypal support and yell at them with nice explainations. First of all their fees are high and secondly they are bringing so many security features which we can hardly complete.
