    hello all friend I just found that one sher from india won Mr world In Body Building....so just thought to share some of his pic with you.

    its great achievement for Indian that someone from India won Mr world in body building...

    and right now he is working on 110 KG heavy weight world championship

    im sure he gonna won that too

    he Punjabi AKA Sing is King :cool:

    sooo what do you think how much hard work is needed for that much body ?
