    i am making a real estate site find it in 2nd link of singnature. i dont have so much money. please help me in making this site. so that i can promote this site.


    and if you make my this site free. i will make him/her partner in money which i will earn from this site.

    use wordpress CMS to build your site and there are thousands of free wp themes out there..you can use them. :)

    I agree, get a free template together, thes are already designed and coded ready for you to amend the bits you need to and upload the pictures you need to. Unless you already have coding knowledge. To learn it will take a while, so using a template will help show you the coding behind it and learn from that.

    Don't make it too obvious that you're trying to spam your way up the post count ranks...

    Would look to develop a wordpress site with a dedicated theme (to back up others suggestions)

    Some webhosts (I know bluehost.com do) allow you to install / update and manage the install from the bluehost log in

    Very easy to manage.
