I want to open something like torrentnepal.com but I have no idea about this, how does this work actually, If I get some instructions I might be interested to purchase.
Thought I should do a review for this as I've only been using it for about 10 hours now. The connection speed I use at home is 12mbit down and 256kbit up(1.2mB/sec + 22kBsec). Compared to the speeds I've done using this seedbox, download speeds are close i.e 1mB/sec, uploads are about 300kB/sec. Everything all goes well until you download it from the ftp. It seems as though there's a 30kB/sec limit per connection which is really pathetic .. I'll write a followup for this post in a week..
I have just realized that everyone has not tweaked their disk cache to ideal settings. I have done that for them and now the speeds should be faster. Edit: Yes I believe the Disk Cache setting was the problem now I just tested the server. http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/7241/81748000dl1pa7.png
You may want to re-edit that screenshot if you are trying to keep your server's IP a secret. Check the bottom left
seedx.net is a SCAM ip server: 212.48.115.185 1.- Después de haber cancelado vÃa paypal se demoraron más o menos 72 horas en activar la cuenta. 2.- Al momento de tener activa la cuenta me puse a descargar, pero me di cuenta que no veÃa los archivos dentro del FTP, solicite soporte y me solucionaron el problema, pero el "owner del directorio del ftp is root" (no podia borrar lo que habÃa descargado) 3.- Al tercer dÃa de tener el servicio activo ya no podÃa agregar torrentes a través del webUI de utorrent, envié un ticket al soporte diciéndoles: -- No puedo agregar torrentes a mi cuenta -- No puedo borrar archivos desde el ftp, ya que el dueño del directorio es el root :/ 4.- me ha llegado un mail diciéndome que mi cuenta ha sido cancelada por exceder 500 mb. 5.- En conclusión el servicio me ha durado 2 dias. Bueno, es divertido como se burlan de la gente estos tipos, como puedo respetar las reglas de mi espacio en disco "SI el owner del directorio es el root" y yo como cliente No puedo borrar archivos para no excederme de la cuenta. This is false information and root was able to delete files. And this person clearly exceeded their limit. You also could not add a torrent because you exceeded your limit. When we give you webui details we clearly say that if you exceed the limits of your plan YOU WILL BE TERMINATED. Next time i will underline that for you.
Use torrents to delete your files. If you already deleted the torrent then just download the .torrent file again, from wherever you did the first time and then it will hash check. After that just hit delete and remove data.
