Affiliate programs similar to azoogle?

Can anyone here list affiliate networks similar to azoogle.

mainly similar in the sense that they have similar offers

and also similar in structure and the way the web application functions

I am looking for a affiliate network that has 'work at home' offers and survey offers. And which the approval process is fast and smooth.

clickbooth does seem similar, but the process also seems lengthy too, phone verification and they want a W9 form before payout

MoreNiche has a money making/work from home offers, I didn't have to have a phone interview and although I've had my account for a while I'm pretty sure it was activated straight away.

are they required by law to ask for SSN/EIN and W8 for foreigners?
