    hi,

we completely understand. we spent 9 grand on anthracitehosting.com 4 years ago.....turned out to be a hot potato. really really f_ing hot potato. it was latent with ebay template websites and people that thought they were going to start a business but were doomed to cancel within 3 months. the rest were fake @ss yearly made up things, one of which was owned by the person who sold it....needless to say he yanked the domain off after everything was transferred.

can't make money without risk. the question is how much risk is right. obviously we can't answer that.

    hi,

i hear that. i remember having to make that decision. there is no such thing as desperation. for the record what would be the biggest chunk you would be willing to take? please don't forget im looking to farm out the entire master reseller hosting portion of our business for completely hidden affiliate referrals. not really sure how to accomplish this....but in our opinion that is a huge advantage to this sale because our influx.

we haven't had anything close to break even cash flow since 1 month after hitting the rankings.....baleeed dat right there. if everything worked the way it should we would have about 300+ master reseller accounts but we took some major hits some time ago. we had a hacked machine. we had 2 weeks where the software didn't work right(1 where it was completely down). iweb.ca basically formatted our server into a paper weight then reinstalled the wrong OS back because they thought it was better to have cent OS....then proceeded to tell us they don't install fedora core 6 any more only to argue that it is on their site as an option why wasn't i called if im paying for an urgent reinstall then had to fight with backups that didn't work properly.....the list goes on...breath. whatever..i made my point.

most of these clients whethered all of that.....aint that some sh1t?

And thats why we manage our own rack in a datacentre, and own our servers :D....Anyway, I believe that true hosting companies own and run there own hardware, so things like that don't happen. We are new to the shared hosting market, as we were VPS only for quite some time. I mean it would really depend on thing like how much space/bandwidth they use, if they are likely to stay, and things like that.

    hi,

very true. they don't really use much of anything. hosty.net uses only about 3 gigs of space. we are the heaviest disk usage. the server itself doesn't use over 300 gigs of bandwidth for the whole month. likely to stay...i could tell you yes until you are blue in the face but that doesn't change your confidence level :) does it?

its all a mute point anyway. its 12 pm here in NJ. good night.

you are speaking with the owner and operator of the loud and proud "leet-hosting.com"

    hi,

to prove this kid is a kid. we are giving away 2 free whmcs licenses to the next 2 clients that sign up. the only stipulation is that you come back here and post your discoveries about the licenses.

hmmm.. this is a tempting offer but i honestly do not know how to identify a null version vs. the licensed.. maybe if we need to install the ioncube and we can customize the template of whmcs fully meaning its a licensed version?

    Im honestly interested with WhmMaxTerse

    hi,

the nulled version will have parts of the help menu missing and you won't be able to see your license information. you will not be able to contact whmcs directly for support.

    answering here:

We are interesting into the follow deal:

    The 12 Monthly MasterResellerTerse customers
The 12 Monthly MasterReseller-2-Terse customers (however confused there: on your website is stated $14.95/mo and not 16.90).
    The 2 Bi-Yearly MasterReseller-2-Terse

the price will be the same regardless of whether you take the yearly clients or not. i thought it was made clear its all or none. we are not selling off part of the client base. minimum 6 month of yearly revenue for all clients listed above in the thread. non negotiable.

The condition is that we can push these poor souls to a reseller account on our server.
Since we both using cPanel/WHM that can’t be a problem.
you do realize they are master reseller accounts and not whm accounts right?

A other fact is that you continue to deliver the whmcs and if possible also provide us with such whmcs licenses for our resellers. We don’t offer such a service right now.
we will probably be selling our owned license if you are interested. hostgator gives you a free license...

In any case we hope to hear from you.
    Thank you,
    Natalia.

    .

We have a other way to provide our reseller to resell WHM than your silly "master reseller" like you named.

However, like you said "non negotiable" and the fact that you post here my FULL PRIVATE MESSAGE means that all is saying.

    hi,

money and clients haven't been exchanged yet but the deal is rather sown up at this point. he is 400 invested in software and we both feel comfortable moving forward. technically there is no buyer yet.

the prospect who is almost for certian buying it is ....i beleive confidential.

    why do you ask?
