I think google started reviewing and disabling accounts. Last friday I also got a mail that saying some google policy violations and given 3 days to fix it. I fixed it and waiting .

What I make from adsense in months, i make that in days with other methods. Lets hope for the best.. I was not BIG, but I was very OLD - 2 years old account.
You should have mailed google when you had 140 clicks... I always report click bombing activity. And you jump from 3 to 140 clicks it's like a HUGE difference. They can think that you asked someone to click or something like that...Google don't care if you did it or not, they just assume you did... Good luck.

Sorry to hear about this ban. The worst part of it, is that it can happen to anybody even with clear Adsense background.
Same thing happened to me today! I am so pissed off, I had got 1 click which was $7.19 and they f*ckin blocked my account.
My suggestion is to look carefully at all your sites for anything that violates their terms. Possible problems could be links on your site, questionable content, how you are displaying your ads and more. It could be the 14 click thing but they are normally pretty good at detecting if they were done by a competitor or arranged by you. I had over two thousand clicks in on day and I contacted them and they said they took care of the problem and will continue to monitor my account. It happens that they ban for no reason but it is rare because if it it wasn't, they would be out of business.
^^ Yep, last sunday i got click bombed in my site and i'm scared to death: i´ve reported it right away, log's included, analytics screens included. But the question is: Why can't they install a feature to limits number of clicks per IP per day? WHY? They have all that's needed! It's unreal how bans happen all the time to fellows that didnt had any changes in their sites for 6 months!!!!!!!! Pure gold sites. No issues in there. Sudenlly apears a competitor, bombs it for 2 days, and he's gone. It's not acceptable.
I have this account for 2 years now, and let me tell you that i've reported 3-4 times only this year. But i check my account every single day. What about the guys that check it once a week? How the hell are they goint to notice they were click bombed? Google has to look outside the box and defende publishers.

A quick round up about your site(s): - all traffic from serp's - no issue with spam etc - just a click bomb few days ago ?
