I personally run a managed dedicated server so we can add as many resellers as we want to our server. If you're looking rock solid hosting for resellers and such, you could look at DreamHost or Site5, I've had good experienced with both -- shared hosting just isn't for me anymore with my needs.

I was with LayeredTech before moving to LiquidWeb, and I'm GLAD I moved. The amount of care they have for your server is pathetic. No support at all from them, no phone number to call, everything via the web and their support time was horrible. I'm never going to recommend LT to anyone because of the experience I had. While others may have positive experiences, I did not so I cannot recommend using them. I do, however, highly recommend LiquidWeb. I've had 100% uptime and they have 24/7 on-site tech support via the phone. A smaller company, so they give you a personal support service and they are very fast to fix things if they are ever an issue. I feel LiquidWeb is a better bang-for-your-buck deal.

LayeredTech is unmanaged. Thankfully, I do have a bit of skill managing my own server.

Yes, LayeredTech is unmanaged, I just feel like the support that they supposed to give, such as hardware replacement and onsite tech support, they were not giving at all and/or it was very slow (~3 hours). Just my personal experience with them, that's all.

3 Hours slow, what do you expect with 50000+ customers?

Are you fast then NO WAY. Second of all ask ev1servers: 12 hours.

Layeredtech is the fastest in reboot average 4 minutes.

Looks like you dont have any experience, Im one of there first customers and have 19 servers now at the moment with them and they are the best.

And no im not working for layeredtech. But i tried 100 companies. All sucks.

Layeredtech is best price + best support. and they always had there telephone number on the site. and fast support < 15 minutes response already for 3+ years.

Phone support? heh, doesn't exist with LT according to them. Everything is done online. I wouldn't ever trust LT with my server again because of the amount of times it was randomly rebooted for a reason that they claim as "it just needed a reboot", so I simply don't trust them.

Uptime of 390 Days. So i don't have that issue. Never had.

Second theres no reason for them to reboot because its UNMANAGED and your own issue.

But they say always Be lucky or Not.

I like this company. You like that one. Its always differn't.

I had issues with ev1servers. And not with Layeredtech. You the differnt way as example.

Theres always something in bussiness. Aah im happy.

Layeredtech SUCKS, my dedicated server on LT sudenly down, i can't access port 22 to reboot. I was suffering for 6 hours from my client's complained. I was sent 5 email to LT support but only 1 got replay

    "Thanks,

We apologize for the wait and your server will be rebooted as soon as possible.
