This smells too much like scam. If you are legit, you would offer a escrow service. Also, what if several people pay you for the same keywords?

I'm interested in this but I don't understand how it is possible to guarantee results in one month. Google do not update their index often enough to make that anything like a certainty I would have thought,and if you have no PR you would have to wait until the next pagerank update at least

You are right but I never guarantee for all sites to get in no. 1 inside 1 month.First I check their everything and only give the quote .The title is just for attracting (let's say a kind of marketing idea)...But, in my case I dod not give a lot priority to PR.ALthough it helps but oyu get high PR when you already get into top position.And none of the PR measures are exact till now.the site which gets no. 1 of any keyword might have PR 2or 3 but due to lack of link back , the PR measures doesn't show any kind of PR. May it's easy for you and may be you are an genius but for everyone it's not easy.I don't know what method you use so rank is 40-60 is nothing for you.And I told the above guy clearly in the mail that, I can refund him inside 8 days.Try to understand others problems also.I am not supported by paypal to withdraw directly so I always use mediator and in this case also I tried to provide quality works but may be some mistake went with his work.And another thing is that when I got his work, in 3 days his site was appearing and again disappearing from top 1000 (google doean't shows more than 500 page for his keyword).I couldn't get what he was doing coz I hadn't touched also his case.But I can guarantee that there is something mistake with his website also. And about refund, I told him that I can pay him througyh MB but right now I don't have money in MB and it takes ~8 days normally to get balanced in account when I send money through bank.And now after such reports, I don't think I am going to refund him till I get enough money.

If you could really able to get the website to first page of SERPs within these very short time, then i can definitely say that it will no longer available in search bots index soon and you cannot achieve this by using white hat techniques. Here in SEO, there is a score for everything mentioned in the above list. So, everything must be natural and everything must be gradual. May be you can accidentally find something working for your site, but this is not the case all the time and if you will do for your customers if Google changes their algorithm? Anyway all the best.
Well I'm still waiting for my refund, the money back guarantee does not exist and I bet the reason he can't refund via paypal is because his barred!! I managed to pay via paypal months ago so why can't I get a refund via paypal!
