    My bid $50 but with caution: I still have doubts about PR4. If your PR is valid, you have nothing to worry about. I searched www.archive.org and found no history of content for the site to support this Page Rank, only a landing page since 2007. do a search for your self by putting in the site URL.

    The google PR search is useless. see this explanation of fake Page Google Page Rank: "When someone is offering a domain name for sale, they can artificially inflate the domain's PR. It is achieved when offending domains use a 301 or 302 redirects that point their sites to sites with a high Pagerank. This is a well known trick in the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) world, but people who aren't familiar with SEO are most likely to fall for this."     Site was a website, 2007. But it's a directory now and opened 2 weeks ago.
    Before Pagerank Update - a Directory -> PR4
    After Pagerank Update - a Directory -> PR4

    this is a dropped domain that why the pagerank is a bit weird. when the next google update it will or will not drop.

    If you check with dnscoop, the domain is actually only 1 month old.

    but in the past, i bought a domain like this, and the pagerank actually dropped from a pr 3 to a 0
