[WTS] Established Forex Niche - Adsense Optimized - w/ Revenue - w/ 100% Unique

I'm looking to sell a Forex niche website that I built from scratch, writing about 4000 words of unique content and turning it into 10 pages of relevant keyword information. Added meta, promoted semi-heavily over the last few days, and recently added AdSense to optimize the earnings (Forex is the highest paying AdSense niche, some say).

Here are the stats from the first few days after putting Adsense on the pages.



Earnings are decent for it only being in its first few days of its initial launch, projecting roughly a $30 a month income without doing any more promotion than I've done. Granted, some of the promotion/advertising will kick in after the buyer takes ownership of the site. For one thing, I've submitted high quality backlinks that are sure to grow the site's potential

The content in these articles alone is worth, at the very least, $40 at $0.01 a word. However, as you can see, the content is written in clear, professional English grammar, so you could measure the per word rate a lot higher.

I customized the design myself and added a sidebar to the left for SE friendly navigation. You can be assured no one has this same design.

Forex sites tend to have the best CPC payouts, and I'm seeing so far that there is very much a truth to that. I'm selling the site because I need some money for books (classes start back soon), and unfortunately, a lump sum is urgent.

This is a gold mine of a site, really. The content is unique (check copyscape, if you'd like), and the buyer will get a free push of the domain to their GoDaddy account, and we'll work out the transfer of the files (also free).

The site is designed via css, and is easily customizable. No pr yet because the site was just launched about a week ago. Medium promotion has been done.

I'm getting some search traffic already each day, and there's no telling what it'll get when a couple PR4 and PR5 backlinks kick in.

Sorry. I understand your point, but the backlinks haven't kicked in yet. The content alone is worth more than that since it's unique.

Does it run on wordpress or is it straight html / php?
Does it have a config file for adsense ?

It's custom straight html. Adsense is easy to change out with your publisher codes. Background is easy to change, as well via the CSS style file.

 

I just uploaded a header image that replaced the text header. This is generally a proven way to gain click-throughs.

I also changed the template background at the request of a few people.
