You know where i can find US Bank account allow not us-citizen to register a bank account?

or on another country in europe or asia?

Need small monthly fee. and no setup fee please.

I am one of the beta tester for Payoneer Virtual Bank account however it is currently not ready for the public as yet but I am sure they will offer it once all the bugs are ironed out.

The Payoneer Virtual Bank account is also not a full Bank account which means that it only allows you to receive money and not to spend it. To spend the money, you will need to use the Payoneer Master Debit Card. They would come hand in hand.

The fees for the payoneer virtual bank account is still not fixed yet and more information would surface once they come closer to the launch date.

 

Same here i'm also one of the lucky payoneer user that they give me opportunity to test out their soon to be launch service.i just notify them about some technical problem that i face when using their system.IMO their interface must be more user friendly.

Why don't you use offshore account?Its pretty safe

etrade does not just offer their bank account to anyone, it is basically for their international customers who uses their system to trade in stock and shares. You have to read the terms and conditions properly before signing up. It is not good to just use it because there is a loophole.

You can only get an Payoneer Mastercard Debit Card option if you signed up through one of their affiliates which could pay you, 2checkout.com and plimus.com are popular choices.

The Payoneer Virtual US Bank account option is currently not available to the general public as yet but it should be available some time in the future. It is however currently under beta testing.

I need also an US or offshore bank account. I live in Europe. I want to accept payments via transfer from all the world and also be able to accept payments with Google Checkout and PayPal Pro.

Any guidance for this in case payoneer is not available? Your help is really appreciated in advance.
