looks good, but on some pages (for instance: http://www.banthis.com/TheOffice/watchtv/392/The-Office.html) the picture is overlapping on some of the words. Other than that, looks good.
Very nice site, and I love the concept. The design has that "big budget" look which will help it soar. I'm telling my family and friends about your site, they'll love it!
It's a very good site. I think you should put some color in the font though where you have the sections for videos etc.......the white is too plain.
