Looking for CPA Offers in following networks

    Hello,

    I am looking for CPA offers for following networks.
    The criteria is it must be:
    offers from $10 - $25
    offers must be 1 page or 2 page form fill only
    offers must be FREE
    offers does not require SSN or CC info.

    I need at least 2-5 offers from each network.
    I'm willing to pay for this service

    there are no free offers that pay that amount. I think $2.50 is the highest I have seen. but that ain't no 1 - 2 page form

    Most free offers pay about $1.25-$2.50 max, so I do not think you will find anything with your criteria.

    AdExhibit has tons of free leads at high amounts.
    BPN has tons for education offers.

    Many offers are $10+ with only 1 page fill for free info! I have offers for free info of $30+. CPA empire, Neverblue, Incentaclick, Copeac and others all have simple 1 page offers. PM me for details or to discuss your approach.
