It not possible, To open a US bank account you have to have permanent US address, unless someone going to open on his or her name for you. I don't think someone would do that for you.
Well, I understand that you already have the Payoneer Mastercard, I am not sure if you know but Payoneer is going to over the Virtual US Bank account which would allow you to receive money via ACH from US Affiliates and anyone who has a bank account there to send you money through that means. I am currently one of the select group of account holders who are beta testing the service and I am sure that once they fish out all the bugs in the system, they will announce this option to their card members. Typically how it works is that your affiliate program can send you the money via ACH and then the money goes into your Payoneer balance which you can withdraw or spend using your Payoneer Debit Mastercard anywhere where Mastercard are accepted. Just wait a little longer. If I have more info, I will update my blog or here about it.
you cna open account in US even if youa re not resident in US, contatc international departments of biggest banks like CITI, HSBC, BoA, etc
I give you some list of banks that accept non residents: www.thebancorp.com www.wellsfargo.com www.chase.com www.Citibank.com What you must do Just contact them, they will happy for your contact.
Certainly there are couple of options available for you, however as Eddy said, why not use your account associated with Payoneer card?
If you can wait a couple of months, I am sure it would be opened to the general public. Getting an offshore US bank account can be really troublesome and may require you to deposit a certain amount of money to maintain the account.
