Less than 25% of my pages indexed :(

Aloha,

I started the site http://www.zutti.dk two months ago, but I can't get all the pages on site indexed in Google

In the beginning I got more and more pages indexed every week, but for the last 4-5 weeks I have been stuck on around 260 pages in the index (out of more than 1.100 pages...)

I know that many of my pages look quite similar (the website is a Danish database with motorcycle specifications), so maybe that's the reason? Still, it can't be the only reason since quite a few of the specs pages have been allowed into the index already.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get all my pages into the index, so I can start getting some visitors?

At least your site got indexed, some of the websites didn't index for a few months.

 

You could try adding a sitemap.

 

you create your sitemap.xml and submit sitemap google, yahoo, msn and i think good result this time.

also try to make links for inner pages too. So that the googlebot can reach and index them too.

Try to have some good backlinks from indexed sites and also a sitemap. This will hurry the proces !

Will try getting some more backlinks - I have a sitemap on a similar site and it doesn't help

 

my site also indexed only 7 pages.....i think problem is remaining page are no content..

 

try some link building or social bookmarking on popular sites like digg and del.icio.us, it helps you in getting your site indexed faster. My dir. got indexed fully in just 3days as i had done the same procedure.
