Web design especially templates/theme is in constant demand provided you deliver good quality and never miss a deadline. Top quality design commands a premium price and you will get referred if your current customers are happy.
yeah web design can take you far, as long as you have skill then you can get lots of orders. it may take time starting out but at least you will be able to make lots of money on your designs.
yeah that is how many people do it, since you can charge about $20+/hour then i think you can make good money. but if you really want to make a portfolio then do some freebies and some cheap stuff as a start.
It can be a very profitable business provided you have a good domain, good designs etc. If with good PPC or other traffic methods. You could probably get lots of orders. goodluck!
yes that is correct, a good domain, good custom designs and maybe some SEO along traffic stuff will work out to help get more orders.
The market is still there.. just that it's getting smaller with more competitors jumping onto the bandwagon and building website is getting easier every day...
Yet building a website properly isn't getting any easier... There are lots of companies needing websites, lots of individuals who want websites and lots of groups that want websites, it's getting them to pay you to do it that is the hard part.
yea.. wouldn't agree less.. and that's already a part and parcel of doing business online.. we dare to jump in, so we have to be prepared to accept possibilities..
