The server was never down! Actually he was a new client and he was having some issues in configuring the Nameservers IPS.

They are really great...
I have been with them from 3 months! I have got no problem other then few minutes downtime,
They will never keep your websites down... In case they have got some problem in there server they will immediately move your account to another backup server untill the problem on the main server is solved.

I really like them, and this is my last host... :-}
I will recommand this host to everyone.

by the way, are all your servers under FDC? I know someone who moved out of FDC because of bad network uptime and not-so-helpful tech support

A 100mbits shared connection transfers around 10tb according to there website....(as its a shared connection) IF i saturated your pipe 24/7 to 30mbits, all other sites would run very slow.
