I bought hosting from you but when I logged on to my WHM, I see no reseller links, like I cannot even create accounts, packages, etc

The only links i can see from my whm are as follows:

Configure Support Request Submissions
List Subdomains
Change WHM Theme
Branding

Can you please check on this ASAP?

hosting was down for a day, then came back with all the passwords reset and i couldnt log in, then he fixed it , then its changed again, havent seen him for days on msn

i wont be back.

i had shoutcast hosting with you , then you said you were doing back-ups so it was down , then it was due to a ddos attack , when i got home from work all my passwords had changed of which there was no email notification of. also all the autodj files were no longer there, or were no longer linked to my hosting nor was the shoutcast pluin installed to cpanel when you supplied the new passes.

you did change the password and it worked , but when i got up the next day none of the new passwords worked.

i went to your website to check what was going on and the main page had changed to selling motorcycle clothing supplies?! weird. the TOS pages etc still worked but something was up and you werent on msn.

long story short... unadvised down time, changing of passes which require ME to contact you to find out wtf happened, lost files, unfinished hosting setup, more non working passes = i found another provider.

hosting up until that point was good, but that whole experience and how it was handled was terrible.

 

i accidently logged into my old account thinking it was my new hosting (hadnt deleted you from my shortcuts) when after i had logged in i saw this....



yeah.... awesome.... im logged in as root/admin and can view anyones stuff....

now im assuming when you reset my account you gave me a password on the spot - which, just by virtue of convenience, is your master password?

Honestly mate, considering all the things ive mentioned so far in this post and the one above - sort yer s%$t out, this is beyond embarrassing for you

yer just lucky im not the kinda guy to take advantage of this situation, but it should be a heads up to your customers of where your admin skills are at.

also, yes... i can change to your homepage account www.youngspiders.com and view everything - please do everyone a favor and get a proper admin to run your servers in the future.

If you wanted to take that Server for Some Days than u can take and can do Experiments on that
