I know that when you start browsing the net for credit card reviews you only come across sponsored reviews and referral links, so i'd not really trust any of the "comparison" sites and hence wanna ask here. Does anyone have a credit card he made online? I was thinking of signing up to http://www.payoneer.com , they say they are accepted everywhere mastercard is accepted, which makes it quite international, the fees are reasonable, but the q is, how secure and trusted is it? i need to give all the possible and impossible bank/address info and accept their terms before i sign up, so i thought i will gather some info first. basically, they say there are no obligations of any kind, and i dont understand, if i can only use the amount of money loaded to my account, why do they need my bank details. also, can i verify paypal account using this cc (or any other online made cc?) bottom line, i'd like to hear any feedback from people outside US who use online credit cards and if there are any positive or negative experiences. First Of all :- 1. Payoneer card is not a Credit Card , its a prepaid reloadable debit card. 2. Yes it works fine for a lot of users and I have applied for it through incentrewards (Free to get their money). 3. I didn't have to fill any bank details for it, Don't know ehy you are getting asked. 4. Currently Payoneer doesn't allow you to directly sign up for the cards if you are outside from U.S 5. You have to sign up via their affiliates like plimus , googlecheckout , e.t.c 6. Compare the fee of different affiliates first before applying for 1. Hope it helps. Thanks
Like vBPoint said, for international customers, you should sign up from an affiliate program to take advantage of the Payoneer card otherwise you need to be a US resident to sign up directly. Payoneer Debit Mastercard does work with Paypal and since the card account is managed by the First Bank of Delaware in the US, it is very reliable. In the future, you will even get to sign up for the Virtual US Bank account service which would allow you to get money from any US affiliates which pays via ACH. They are quite reliable and I am happy with their services.
Thank you very much for your replies guys! I just signed up for the card, waiting for the approval. They indeed didn't ask for bank details, but I read in some other forum that they do, perhaps later when i'd need to load the card i'd have to give the bank details and maybe i mixed these two things. My main concern was that a lot of online credit card or debit cards have a tendency to disappear after awhile, but like u said in partnership with mastercard and first bank of Delaware it must have some guarantees. one more question tho, for the international users like myself, i read in their terms that the payoneer card is respected anywhere where debit mastercard is accepted, does that mean a shop should specifically accept debit cards, or places where "just" mastercard accepted are okay too?
As far as the merchant is concerned, all Mastercard are treated the same no matter if they are credit or debit cards. It is only VISA which makes the distinction between the VISA Credit Card and the VISA Electron. I am not from the US but if you visit the Payoneer website, it shows that McDonalds is using them. I am not sure to what extend they are using it but if McD is using them to some extend, they should be reputable. If you are from the US, you can load up your Payoneer card using your bank account, otherwise you would use your credit card to load it up or get the money in through the affiliate. In the near future, they will offer the US Virtual Bank account option which would allow you to load up the payoneer card using the ACH option. It is probably no secret that I am one of the beta tester for the US Virtual Bank account. Once they work out the kinks, it would be offered to the public.

You can reload your payoneer debit Mastercard via your own visa or mastercard credit/debit card. Or can get income from affiliate where you have applied for it.
