Please suggest me! Facing a big problem with my server

Hi DP member,

I am facing this serious problem. Please help me.

I booked some domain on April 2008 and hosted wordpress blogs on these.
I have got some Google PR on this update.

But my all domain infected by 2 popups.

av-xp-08.com

I tried to scan thorough C-panel but these is Fatal Error.

So, Please help me to short out this problem.

 

Try to search "av-xp-08.com" in the files.
Maybe its just a script and cannot be detected as a malware.

Got the fix.
Just upgrade yourself to latest wordpress version.

I am using WS_FTP to upload files.
These is lot of folders and files there.

Please suggest me where I have to check. I am new for this..
