sorry to hear about your troubles

that is why I disable RSS on all of my sites because the scammers like to use rss to steal content easily

rss doesn't give me any benefits either, if people want to read my site they can come to it directly and read

It's really cool to hit me with neg rep. I guess those that oppose your views need not post. You must be a King Hussein Obama supporter...lol

I googled just yesterday a phrase from the article, and the only result was from the other site. Now yours is the only one. :)

Happy for you, and for all the writers out there, including me.

In the internet you just have to assume people are going to steal your ideas, articles, etc. It happens to every site. The best thing you can do is add your link to the articles, and a little signature at the bottom saying original article posted at www.yourwebsite.com and maybe adding some links in the article to your site. So when someone steals it, you will have links to your site.

If he's not responding to your email, leave a comment on the blog post letting him know what actions you'll take if he doesn't remove your content. If he erases the comment without taking down the content, then you'll know he's at least seen the message and is refusing to comply.

    Proceed with the following:

Contact his host and let them know he's using stolen content. It's typically a violation of the host's TOS to illegally use copyrighted material.

Send a DCMA to Google to have his Adsense account shut down and his site de-indexed. You can do this for the other search engines too.

Unfortunately, it seems that way. Strange... Maybe it's a temporary thing. Try to forget about it for a couple of days, write other articles, then google it again. This will keep you from worrying too much about it. :)
