i dont have so much money. i am trying to make my self.

you can search net and find some free template.So you can edit it using dreamweaver and go on.

 

i edited that. but there is psd ext file. not able to upload

 

Many years ago when I started I always went to htmlgoodies.com ... it's a great place to learn basic HTML.

If you can describe about your website requirement, I would be able to provide you more information and ideas. I am a web developer/designer and have done several real estate websites.

Either you are making just a static site or you want to put the property listings online etc. you may describe it more.

i just want ot make static site now....... no database

 

As I have sent you the templates, you should be able to change the site name, text contents etc and upload to your server.

The other option you can use is joomla. that is a complete CMS and very easy for you to use as you are on beginning stage with your site.

you may try boxedart templates. they had a section of free templates. not sure if they still have or not.
