    I'm selling this site because I'm starting with a big project, and I have not time for this, so I sell it.

    The site is www.codeitwell.com. It's a great domain name (3 months old), you can use it for many areas, registered at NameCheap, free push.

    The tutorials are written for C/C++, C#.Net, ASP.Net and PHP. All are unique, written by me.

    I use Wordpress, it's fully SEO optimized, and I have not tried to monetize it.

    Here is the traffic for this month

    It's homepage is PR3, and PR of inner pages is:
    PR3 1 page
    PR2 12 pages
    PR1 2 pages

    Almost all pages are indexed by Google (see)

    The traffic is 90% from Google search.

    The site comes with free hosting, or if the buyer wants to use his own hosting, I will install the site for free.
