Digital point is losing thousands of visitors and dropping incredibly!

DP is a lot cleaner now with majority of spammers and scammers out of the picture, as for the traffic I am 101% sure it will bounce back right up!

 

I'm not taking any sides here or try to involve in argument, but it seems that what is mentioned by Aaron is indeed true. Try to check out the traffic rank for other webmaster forum and you can see the exact graph trend.

 

I definitely agree.. Like I said.. give it some time and it will bounce back. Its a big change and people just have to get used to it.

 

DP is like most sites on the internet, they boom with traffic and the rush dies at a certain time of the year. Expect it to drop over the next few months cause some webmasters go back to school and can't be online as much. Oh and DP will recover soon enough, it does that quite a bit.

 

Drop in the number of members (read number of spammers!) is a welcome news; though the overall activity in the forum has decreased, it will bounce back with the arrival of new members. No need to worry.

 

I am not talking on banning scammers or spammers that is totally normal, there hundreds maybe thousands of people that got banned 7 days for reasons that do not deserve such a drastic measure.

Also you talk about other forums i can put screenshots of other forums how they are doing, ok ranking 500 and more but i wont since i dont want to be banned.

 

If someone gets banned.. They clearly deserved it for one reason or another.

The new rules make the forum more professional, and cleaner. But i do agree, we have lost traffic.

I would, that way an intelligent conversation doesn't have 3 pages of spam between each post. The people that contribute aren't being banned.

 

I prefer a clean forum with "less" visitors, rather than a huge populated forum full of spammers and crap posts.

 

Day by day visitors are reducing on DP.I think they should discuss on that.

I personally dont think DP cares too much about the Graph, also We want Quality not Quantity in here

i would put it as lazyness on mod part. Only mod particiapation i see is either "thread is closed" or "deal with it"

i see 0 mod participating in other threads. There is no forum wide contests around. i just come here for the buy sell trade
How bout a rule for stop asking for a free review when its not even offered rule.
