    Hi,
I am using my apache webserver to download mp3 from it.

Its starts good, but later when there are to many who are downloading, the response time from the server takes to long time to response, and after that the download button show up.
Sometimes the connection fails and the member have to click on the mp3 file again to re-try to download.

My question is, how to avoid this problem?
How can i make the response time much faster?

    Regards
    Hassan

When kind of port do you have? Can you run a speedtest to see if you have a bottleneck?

    I meant port speed

If you run a speed test (wget a test file from www.cachefly.net), and you get, say, 500KB/s, it's possible that you don't have the capacity to serve mp3's to too many downloaders.
