I would have to say start making one yourself with your own original content - not only then will it not be penalised for duplicate content but you will also learn a lot making each website If you are looking for a premade template that is adsense ready than I suggest googling "adsense ready themes" - there are many and are used on the Wordpress platform
I would start off with a blog and see where to go from there. Ive done alright with my blog even though my content sucks just having problems with bright ideas. but im sure you can come up with something.

just start with a generic website... with original fresh content which will earn you a lot of $$$ in future and do it in the topics which interest you..
