You do realize that all they have to do to see if I am scamming is to login to the site I told them to do the offer on right? All they have to do is login, see if their offer is completed. If it is, I should have paid them. If it's not, they haven't held up their end of the bargain.

Simple. Tell all of your "victims" to go login and find out.

ROFL This is a good one. You have to have proof if you want to do this, otherwise its considered slander. Where I live this is against the law, aka you can get sued for damages. You should be careful.

Besides if we play by your rules who gets to decide who is scam and who is not? So if its really that easy, then I am going to make a list that says you are a scam and so is your list. Done. Now your a scammer. So its my word against yours. Thats why there are checks and balances. The masses do not rule, thats where society goes in the toilet.

Anyway, I have made bank on Ringtones in the past. Places like this are getting their offers from a 3rd party who might even be getting their offers from someone else, and just reselling them. So one has to update, then the next, then then freepay, then he will get the report and pay you. Slow, I know, but such is life, and besides he told you up front. Expectations were properly set, whats the problem?

Also the ringtone companies don't always credit. Probably they lose one out of every 8-15 offers. But if you use a ringtone and it doesnt credit, then just call up your carrier and tell them you were charged, but never got it and they will refund you. Atleast in the states. There are lots of law suits over it, so they always take your word over the ringtone companies. Often times you can even go on your handset and go to your purchases in your account and request a refund.

All told Cronus has done nothing here to prove that he is in any way committing any fraud, of any way, shape or form.

As for you, neverbetter, you should be careful in general. I have made a lot of money from my reputation on these forums, in the thousands. Also I have made even more from people helping me out of their good will. You will lose all possible trust if you are known as "The boy who cried wolf". Plus you may even get de-repped which will make you word worth less then nothing.

The only fraud I see here is neverbetter just trying to build some repor at someone eleses expense with no proof.

Its not an issue, you are making it into one. People get upset, but that doesn't mean that its a scam. People just want instant gratification. Besides, who are you to say that we should all bow to you and your scam list?

All that aside he explained this multiple times over in this thread. No one is perfect enough to anticipate every persons complaint and counter them in the first thread. All people have to do is read before they post.
