can you do something to your server to avoid this frequent downtime? Would it be possible to move my account out of 67.228.101.162 (not sure if it's inferno) and move it to Natasha instead?

nice support from Mello-h, but from host tracker's Monthly report (2008-07), more than 5 times, inferno down.
it's not big problem for me, coz' its very cheap

I have just called support desk to notify the issue, as far they notified me the glitch is already announced two days ago in the announcement forum:

This time they took the 67.228.101.162 IP only (All the dedicated IP holder on the server shouldn't have any problem) to fix the issue, as far i m aware, the issue should get fixed within today, there is a noted problem on the cisco router of seattle LAN which is being experimented and fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Note: Open a ticket to to do a move, if you do not have bunches of accounts, you shouldn't have any problem to move.

I am looking for a reliable provider who can provide hosted audio/video streaming at low cost. I am checking our diffrent providers? This is a genuine requirement and I am checking out diffrent providers. Why do you think I am spamming?

 

What i meant basically is capability, we do not have shoutcasting, but if you are able to play your audio using flash, we have no problem at all. I believe i have routed this before

 

Are we allowed to also make a small file host on this?

Says I got nothing to worry about unless files might be illegal and exceed 70% of total usage, but what if some random person uploads an illegal file like some kind of illegal software download?

And since disk space is unmetered how much of it are we allowed to use?

um, this offer is a master reseller hosting, which means you'll be hosting or making accounts with whm and/or cpanels, not master reseller.

 

do you allow video site like VidiScript sites? do you migrate site 200mb size?

 

yeah that is what wanted to know whether its master reseller plan or not, btw it seems mellow-host has stopped replying to this thread, he didn't even PM'ed me yet.
