basically wanna get those 2 accounts verified.

and can a debit card + bank acc + docs get ur paypal verified

or u need a credit card instead of a debit card...

I don't think you can verify your 2 accounts with one debit card and bank acc. If you are from India i can say you can't verify your account with your debit card, you need credit card to verify your paypal account.

Dude... Yes you can do it, I think that you would do something like this not to fool anybody I hope, but if it was the last thing you could think of to get your money then I might try this, You first verify account a using the credit or debit card or bank account, then after your account a gets verified then go back into that account and remove that credit card from your profile or instead of add a credit card you remove the credit card that got you verified, Now when you remove the credit card a from paypal account a then to them it is absolved from that account. Now in that state will you still be able to withdraw funds I am not sure exactly maybe there is a limit there also but so you take that same credit or debit or prepaid card that you used to verify your one account and which you have after becoming a verified member through that card and after having removed it from account a then go in to account b with same credit card, routing info, account # and verify it at account b. It has been removed from account a and you will be able to verify your account b because the information for the card in account a has been absolved.

Sounds a little henke, I would just use my land bank savings or checking or get a seperate prepaid netspend visa card for a mere $10-30 bucks and thats that because you can have a business and a personal or a premiere and a personal and the above in theory ought to work.
If not you can do a phone search here Find it out

"PayPal allows members to have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. However, each PayPal account must contain unique email addresses and financial information."

ok the thing is, i have 2 paypals, for online selling and purchase
And have money in both, so what I want is to basically get my money from both to my bank account.

can I do like this, add the bank acc to 1 of them, withdraw the money from it to bank account and then remove it when transaction is done , and then add the same bank acc to the other paypal withdraw my money to the bank account ??

    can it be done ?

Officially speaking, as long as you used a bank account or credit card with one paypal account, it would be considered used and you cannot reused that account or card with another account no matter if you remove it or not. Paypal keeps a database of used bank account and credit card numbers so that no one abused the rules but at times some do slip through the cracks.

The whole purpose of allowing you two separate accounts is for because paypal knows that some people wants to separate their business from your personal transactions and as such those people who extend the separate to their bank accounts and credit cards. If you were to use the same bank account and credit card for both accounts, it would really defeat the purpose of having two paypal accounts altogether since the money would be bunched back to one place.

There is no crime in having only one single paypal account, ie like a premier account for both spending and receiving payments.

Besides if you have two accounts, ie a personal and a premier account, you are not allowed to receive any money to your personal account just to save on the fees anyways. It said so in your contractual agreement with paypal.

hey do I have to consider my bank account + credit card used , when I have been verified / withdrew any amount from my paypal ?

or just at the very moment when they were first added to my paypal acc ?

since I have been adding it and removing then adding in those 2 accounts, but never used them for transaction / verification (since I am missing a credit card atm , i only have a debit card)

will that cause any issue ?

No that is not an option.
And a credit card (or Visa/Mastercard verified debit card) is needed for account verification. I don't think a bank account is any useful for account verification purposes.

Technically, once a credit card and bank account is added to an account, it cannot be used to another account no matter if you use it or not.

If paypal already told you that you cannot do it, you really cannot do it.

    hey, actually
I just added that bank account to my paypal, didnt used it to withdraw funds
    +
didnt add any credit / debit card to my same paypal to get it verified

so do I consider that bank account is already used for that paypal account ?
since I never did any transactions nor the paypal got verified yet with that bank account ??

and when I removed that account paypal emailed me that acc was removed successfully , then i added it said added successfully, then i removed it said removed successfully, finally i added again to the same paypal , it said added successfully :S

now what should I think ?

If you added to the same account, it would of course be accepted. Have you tried adding to a new account, if so, it would most probably be rejected.

If you have from the US, Australia, Germany or UK, you will use the bank account to verify your account. For other countries, you will use a credit card to do so.

Like I said, if you added the bank account to an account, it would be considered as used no matter if you use it to verify or anything. If they allow you to just use it in any account then it would indeed bring about a lot of abuse where people share accounts or people opening more accounts then how many they are permitted to open.
