You have to do keyword research and do onpage seo first.Then start with offpage seo.

Yes your site needs some design.But you said you are still working on it so good luck.

 

Here is a "quick" run down...

1. Proper Title Tags and Meta Descriptions for Each Web Page; the title should be a short accurate description of the content found on the web page. The description should be a quick summary of the content found on the web page.

2. Proper content structuring; use heading tags properly to structure your content on each webpage.

3. Internal linking; make sure you have sitewide contexual links to all your main web pages via every web page. Make sure to internally link via content to other web pages as well. Make sure to use proper anchor text.

write some sales oriented content for each webpage which includes keywords of that page as well, try to do some interlinking with other page, create sitemap and start doing offsite optimization daily for 3-5 hrs.

you can do directory submission,, social bookmarking,, ads posting,, and join in some topic related forums... there are so many options,,, you just have to promote your site well,,,

 

Hi there Nancy!if you are done with on page then you must focus more on link building for your site...

 

you have to be smart on choosing your keywords and be careful in applying it on your content, because once you exceed in applying it to your site google will penalize you and even if how hard you optimize it your website will not get rank.
