need photoshop help

Hi,
I need to create an image in photoshop cs3 with size 1600 X 1200 pixel.
But when I do that the window becomes too large? what do I do?

if I create the image at 500 X 500 pixel and 72 pixel/inch then there is no problem. The window opens small and I can work easily.

 

Try press CTRL + -

Then you can get resize window

 

click view, and zoom out or fit to screen

 

I've got another problem. The CSS 3 crashes my computer

You can also go to the top bar and go to: Window> Navigator

How do you do that in 3ds max. I mean keep the image size as 1600 X 1600 and keep the workspace or windows small. what are the short cuts

Alt + Scroll Down... just zoom out and bit and you'll be fine
