    why do peeps buy .info domains in the first place? Are they for test pages?... or do you really find development and marketability potential in .info domains? 0_o

    Mainly due to the fact that they are cheap, and they are a widely accepted TLD. Thus, it makes them pretty much disposable. Which in turn makes them perfect for proxy and file hosting sites...

    you can get them at codaddy using a coupon as you were probably told, however I dont know why people are buying so many infos, in a way they havent got much value and you need to also think about the renewing cost if u dont sell them.
