If you've got cpanel with Fantastico on your webhost then you can simply upgrade from there.

Otherwise go to the Joomla project page and grab the 1.0.13-to-1.0.15 zip or gz, save it locally and upload & overwrite the files in your 1.0.13 install with those from the upgrade folder.

Be careful though - if you've done any custom code tweaks you may end up overwriting them, so if it's an "out of the box" 1.0.13 version you're running then it should be OK

    :)

PS you might want to start investigating going to Joomla 1.5.5 at some stage - the upgrade path is more complicated but will be worthwhile in the long run

PPS Back up your site and any DBs before you attempt to upgrade and be ready to reinstate anything should there be any probs. Upgrading a test version of your site might be good to do first and switch the live upgrade at a quiet time too

    Good luck

I agree, lot of people are crying when they got error after upgrade to the latest version, mostly the error caused by extensions which not compatible with the new version. Better test in localhost with your backup data before upgrade to the live site.

Absolutely. JSAS is perfect for local testing of Joomla sites before breaking them live.
