I could NOT agree with you more..IT is simply not possible to offer "unmetered"(unless its a defined limit AKA 1mbit). As for vivek saying that "we will add another drive"..thats ridiculous... Especially with a 1tb drive costing over $100, how could he possibly justify doing that!...The answer is "you cant"

It pisses me off enough that he has NO raid, NO backups, and apparently no customer support, BUT then innocent "newbs" wonder why the servers are constantly down, why they CAN'T get a refund, and while they lose revenue. Honestly, you get what you pay for. To those who have lost revenue from server downtime, i'm almost tempted to say "it serves your right"... Purchasing something that cant possibly be as cheap as advertised, and still be quality. I just hate how people request such high specs, when they dont use it, and if they did use it the price just doesnt add up....How can a fully dedicated 10mbit line cost $10/mo? How can a 1000GB plan cost $3.95 a month? It can't...

This webhosting market situation has gotten FAR out of hand. ESPECIALLY when even the big guys are doing it, like HostGator. How can they offer 350gb space for $5 a month? Anyway, to conclude this rant, i think its rather silly to buy services like these, and mistake them for a quality.

I just can't laugh anymore. You people want services for pennies and now cry if the host goes down. Please remember "You get what you pay" and you people are hell bent on getting everything in universe for $4.5 or lower.

Expenses for a hosting company just doesn't mean server expenses. Its lot more like salaries to staff etc; Please understand that. And even though the line goes like Nothing is Unlimited / Unmetered in Disk Space and Unlimited in bandwidth, you just fall for Overselling tricks.

Not just blaming you for ignorance, but ignorance is not a bliss. Please learn at least from now and choose a host which does not offer Unlimited / Unmetered plans or which does not oversell.

I'm not a cheater. I disabled your account because you opened a paypal dispute. Its usual. I cant see anything unusual here. Every host will disable your account if their payment is blocked or on hold by a paypal dispute.

Yes, I am from India. I have been in business since 1.5 years, and never cheated anyone.

We need some time for answering all queries, but you seems very impatient as I said above. If you need 24x7 online chat support, you can goto hostgator or someother companies.

I am getting around 20-80 support tickets per day and since a week it was high because of too many signups.

Again, We have been in business since a year and offering unmetered hosting ( not unlimited )

Recently one of our server from FDCservers have had some downtime ( due to datacenter downtime + some others ) and most of the clients dont know about the datacenter downtime.

And we already bought a new high-end dedicated server from another datacenter and started moving accounts to the new one.
All clients are notified about this via email and I am expecting cooperations from them

Once again, I am not a cheater, not going to let the servers down and run away with money

I replied to that ticket, same day. Explaining how to create account using WHM

July 24: Another ticket regarding the Register_Global . You asked me to enable/disable register_global serverwide.

I responded to the question same day and told you we cant enable it serverwide due to some security reason.
I also told you that you can do it for your account using the .httacess file and for your reference I searched it on google and pasted the google search link.


July 27 : I got another ticket, but before responding to that ticket , you opened paypal dispute.

By opening the paypal dispute , you are cancelling your own account with us.
On 29 you lost the dispute and you came to me for restoring your account.
And I told that your account was terminated due to this paypal issue.

This is the case with you and me.

Basically, you didn't give us even 24hrs to solve your issues. You are impatient and you canceled the hosting with us.

There is nothing I can do in this case, We may not be reliable for you because you are a kid, but we are reliable for 300's of other clients.


Also, no need to send me PMs for the refund request.

We have 7 days moneyback policy, we will refund everyones money if they request a refund via our billing panel or email within this time frame. You didnt even do this and went for a dispute. So you lost all the agreements with us, so accounts

As announced on our forum, we are still moving accounts from the old server to the new server. Every client will be notified after that. You need to change the nameservers only after that.

How could he have? he used FDC servers which doesnt have that high of a SLA...Its IMPOSSIBLE!....Just whois his ip addresses, and you would see he used FDC servers.....

I didnt give any false statement , You are now telling false because you lost your claim.

We used FDCservers, and we have more servers from other companies also.
This sales thread, this package is on our new server which is not from FDC.

I have very bad experience with suntex hosting in the past and so does my friends. You will find amny bad reviews about this guy and his so called BS company . So beware before u decide to sign in with this host.

For all prospective buyer in DP do enough research before going for a host as most if the time a cheap deal will finally land you no where.

Just to let you know for the last 1 month or more I hv been closely watching this webhosting services sub forum iN Dp and I can give all details of all webhosts here.
