if you use TF you must plan on hosting Warez, second you will need an offshore server which allows this, and just so you know 100 MBPS Dedicated Unmetered in an area like that is around 1600 / Month, you can get shared Unmetered for less but expect tons of servers sharing that same connection. If you think you will get a quality server for ~100 for the specs you ask for, keep dreaming, I suggest you up your budget to around 200 to get a low spec server up in that area. Quality comes at a cost. If you plan to host legal files we can set you up on a Shared 100 MBPS for around 240 in the USA.

    burstable to 100mbit ?
    can you explain please.
    it's 10mbit guarenteed but on a 100mbit line shared im right ?
so it can be from 10 to 100 anytime but minimum 10mbit allway ?
Is there a QoS or something ?
Im rely intered in this as it's respect my budget and have a correct spec for me.

    Sure I can :)

How it works... there is an average of 5 people per dedicated 100mbit line.

    1x 40mbit
    2x 20mbit
    2x 10mbit

it utilises a type of QoS system where each connection is allocated an amount of bandwidth, however if they're not using it all, then the other people on the line can share that bandwidth. Then, as soon as they request their allocated bandwidth, it shoots straight back up to that & the other people go back to their allocated speeds... this all happens in a couple of milliseconds, so it's unnoticeable & offers you a chance to get extra bandwidth when it's going spare :)

You will get your 10mbit connection 24/7/365 & it can burst to higher :)

Hey, apologies for the slow reply.

There is 24/7 email support, with 24/7 monitoring & technician intervention.

I pride myself on offering great, personal tech support & aim to keep it that way. I think the customer service is equally as important as the service!

I'm online and always at the end of email or IM between 10am->11pm GMT

I can offer you webmin for free. Plesk and cPanel are available, but I'm afraid that they will cost you extra.

    Cheers

    Jon
