So basically you're spamming your own website, but trying to make it look like you're helping the community. Does that about summarize this thread?
That really wasn't my intention, I'm sorry if thats how it came off. I've gotten rid of the post (because I can't seem to delete it), my apologies.
As another place for people to find your site, having a review on the website would hopefully generate some traffic for you. In addition, because it would be a review, not just a link, people going to your site would be informed (and thus, hopefully, more likely to be a 'good' kind of traffic). Although when I began this thread I didn't think it would be contentious, it was obviously offensive to at least one member of the forum so I decided to take it down.
I don't know what your thread was about but DP has forums expressly designed to get your site reviewed, posting here could make people believe your are spamming, that's it.
I was debating between that forum and this one (because that forum seemed money oriented, I ultimately chose this one). In any case, I'm glad to know thats where stuff such as this should be in the future.
