$30 Vector Logo Contest - The Website Store

    Hi All!

    I'm looking for a logo upgrade for my company. I've seen awesome design work in here, so I thought I would give it a shot! :)

    Here's my current logo:

    I like that it's simple. I like that it's vector. I like that it's somewhat memorable. And I like that the "W" can be a logo in itself.

    But... it just doesn't have any flair. It's too bland, or corporate, or something... can't put my finger on what bugs me about it exactly.

    Here are the contest details:

    1.) There will be a guaranteed winner.

    2.) This contest will end this Friday, August 1st, 8pm MST. I may extend the deadline if there are not enough entries.

    3.) I would like a vector logo if possible.

    4.) I'm looking for a simple logo. Simple, simple, simple.

    5.) I like the idea of the "W" being a logo in itself, for use in a favicon, and other such things. But, this is not a requirement, just an idea I like.

    6.) Use a font that I could obtain for free (TTF). There are tons at www.1001freefonts.com (but I'm sure you already know that, or have a better resource :) ).

    7.) Feel free to submit multiple entries, as long as they're not too similar.

    8.) I will pay the winner $30.00 via PayPal after receiving the logo file.

    I guess it would be useful to use the full URL of your company including the TLD.
    Could you tell us what it is?

    Well, you're definitely getting big brownie points for doing a vector logo. I also like the simplicity, and that you used the "W" as a "logo-able" element.
