    Mr Choudhry,
Thanks for the help, however, it wouldn't be smart to login to my account through PHP scripts loading on unknown websites. Your intentions may be to help people, but I can't trust you or anyone else just like that and use my sensitive information through your scripts. So, do not even bother sending anymore private messages to me to login to my cj account through your proxy scripts.
    Thanks.
    Andy.

cj.com is accessible fine with my Airtel dialup connection. Problem is with broadband IP 122.163.xxx.xxx . Please let me know your city/IP and contact Airtel customercare. Delhi customercare is already working on issue.

Connection is broken at stage 2. Resultant connection parameters are rejected by cj.com site.

Then they called me up after about 4 hours that its not their problem. They washed their hands clean saying its 'them' who have blocked the IP address.
Anyway, I called up CJ and had word with their Client Support and she asked me to send the screenshot of the traceroute. Done that and its been over 24 hours and I have not heard from anyone.
FFS what the hell is going on here ...

    libra212 : Which is your city/ISP ?
Airtel in Delhi admit it as their problem and are trying to solve it. No resolution period estimated.
Tracert from Chandigarh is same as from Delhi. "Request timed out" in 2nd line and one around end make connection brittle and connection parameters are rejected by CJ site. When a site is accessible with Airtel dialup, Airtel mobile, TATA-VSNL and perhaps all others, the problem lies with Airtel Broadband and nowhere else.

Yes CJ is not down. The site is inaccessible with a particular ISP.

FFS .. I'm paying 2400 a month for the 1MBPS connection and these guys are not in mood to help. 90% of Airtel cust service associates dont even know what the problem is. All they are interested in is just give the complaint number and send a technician to my home.
Have told them several times, coming to my home aint going to help them or me at all. But they don't know where is all the mess-up.
Its strange that Delhi Customer Service admitted that something is wrong at their end, however, numerous call but no one knows whats wrong or when the problem will be rectified.
I guess, the only solution is to go ahead with BSNL/MTNL/etc. I guess, I will start exploring other ISPs now, its already going over-head.
    Regards,
    Andy.

    Mr. Chaudhry,
What do you think the problem could be? Do you think some firewall problem on Airtel Servers or something else? When you contacted Airtel, did they give you any specific reason why CJ.com is not accessible?

    Regards,
    Andy.

ISP administrative ladder perhaps runs from Chandigarh to Melbourne. Unsolved issues are referred to next higher level.
You may perhaps purchase connection with dedicated static IP other than 122.163.xxx.xxx

Just got a call from Airtel customer service and associate asking me same dumb questions... Is this so and so? Is this the problem you have with your broadband? ok, dont worry, I'm forwarding your complaint and will be resolved ASAP.
I'm getting pissed off now with these calls. What the hell, is it such a HUGE problem that it took over 10 days and still not fixed?
I'm sure it has to be some firewall issue and I guess, CJ.com is being filtered out. Put that aside, I can't even access www.cjsettlement.com
Try opening up this link ...
    https://signup.cj.com/member/publisherSignUp.do
while using firefox, it gives an unconfirmed/unverified security certificate. Even though you accept it permanently, the page does not resolve. I don't understand what the heck is going wrong.

Anyway, please keep us informed if there is any progress with this issue. I will call customer service and bang their head again.

    Regards,
    Andy.

IP 122.163.xxx.xxx is used by thousands, if not lakhs, of Airtel Broadband users in Delhi, Chandigarh and other cities. IP may be blocked because of misuse by any one user. Our IP is blocked in California. The blocker is yet to send reason. Full fault repair service team is working on problem actively. Solution is expected at any time. I think the problem should be resolved latest by tomorrow. Head of fault repair service is closely related to me and entire team is on toes.
