Does commenting on 50 related niche blogs (dofollow ) in such a way that we are on top of Top Commentators will increase our page rank:confused:

Yes it should do. But are the forums related to your site subject matter?

Yes that could help your serp ranking...

Pagerank has no direct connection to serp ranking..

How can you tell which blogs are dofollows? Is there a specific search engine? How can one find them?

Right click on the blog and look for a link. If there is a nofollow attribute next to it, then it's no follow. Otherwise, every link is dofollow by default.

Yes it does. But you might wanna be careful when you build links using this method because you need to increase the numbers gradually to make it look like it’s natural. Also, nobody likes spam so it might be a good idea to leave only useful comments.

I don't think they carry lot of weight to be honest. They are good for indexing though.

It all comes down to "How you value your time" ? I guess
