[WTS] Beautiful Diablo 3 Forums and Great Domains! Custom Pro Design!

This site has been in intense deveopment this past month as I've worked feverishly with others to get it together since the Diablo 3 announcement. This is a great opportunity, and doesn't come along very often! I have 3 of the best Diablo 3 domains you could hope for, and a completely professionally designed, licensed, vBulletin forum with a custom skin and logo that alone are worth $3xxx.

I am selling it as I have a new project opportunity that has been presented to me that I cannot pass up, and I don't want to let this awesome site to go unloved.

What you need to know
- 3 Domains: diablo3talk, diablo3fan and d3fan (all are .com). Expires 07/16/2009 for first two and 06/28/2009 for second. First two are registered for past year already.
- 1 vBulletin License, fully paid, just purchased last month - worth $180.
- 1 3rd party, professionally designed and developer vB skin worth $3xxx if not more and is the result of many hours of work and perfection from both me and the company.
- 1 Document detailing steps to launch, potential forum thread topics with links to examples, marketing ideas, and includes a 50% complete *huge* article designed specifically for digg front page detailing d3.
- 2 PSDs. One with complete forum design as well as a complete home page design. The home page is not coded, but is laid out. 2nd PSD is a high resolution vector of the logo, resizable and 100% custom (yes, we redid the Diablo).

This is a big investment, and I want it to go to someone who will make it truly a great site. I've talked to a few Diablo fans who are mods at other Diablo forums, and have gotten all positive responses. This really is a rare opportunity, Diablo3 will be released in a year or two and another wont be released for most likely another 8 years.. the niche is huge and the competitors are slim.

Well if someone is going to buy this ill be happy to offer targeted diablo traffic since im high ranking or mod on alot of diablo forums

 

The other two domains are a possibility to sell separate, shoot me an email and we can discuss. I have an auction going on SitePoint Marketplace (not sure if I can link there from here) as well for anyone interested, and it ends in 13 days or so.

I'll await the end of the auction and if eventual buyer is willing to part with domains, we can discuss/finalize the separate sale.

I'd understand you asking for say, 100-125 dollars for the layout design and the website. Maybe even more because the domains have potential.

However, from my knowledge, IPB licenses cannot be transferred between two people. I may be wrong, I just heard something like that before. If it's true, that reduces the total cost by $180.

Are you willing to reconsider your prices given these circumstances?

BTW, very nice template. It's worth a fair share -- but 5000 dollars is almost as unprobable as warp engines.

Yea, I realized after posting the license is non-transferrable and thats totally fine as I have another project in need of one.

Edit: realized I can lower the buy it now. Lowered to 2,999. Thats a steal of a price for a ready-to-start business with a well positioned domain, a huge potential market, and a very high quality custom template.

Also Curtis, this design is worth so much more than $100-125, I hope you weren't serious.. the domains are worth that much each at least.

BTW, if you sell at DP for say $3000 but the auction at SP ends at $2500, you legally have to sell to the SP buyer.
