You are telling me to Go Ahead. Call... But there is no phone number. The once I search and "figure out" the Contact page must have a phone number, all it says is Corporate. I don't want to call the "Corporate Office" and talk to a suit, I want to talk a computer tech. Thinking you are going to bounce people who would have called the prominently displayed Tech Support number if it was there? Eventually I noticed the Tech 911, but it wasn't first and I was leisurely reviewing the site, not looking to solve a problem quick. I think the drop down isn't good enough, Joe User might notice those hidden buttons if they were just visible from the get go, they aren't saving valuable space being hidden. If I was Joe User I would have been gone.

To optimize your site more, make it up to 50% faster and use 50% less bandwidth, Put all images into one image and use css to display the sections you need. It is called css image sprites. Look it up. Next minimize all css and javascript. Put css all in one file, javascript in one file. Ensure most of the things called by the html have expires headers in the http headers. Do this you save up to 50% bandwidth and make for a MUCH faster site for you users.
