    Im looking to sponsor a theme of any kind, Wordpress, website template etc....

    Try to find out this under Buy, Sell or Trade -> Link Sales. You can find so many threads there looking for sponsoring WP themes (designer link+Sponsors links).

    Just a quick tip:-

    These designers will say that they will promote the theme in X number of sites. What they don't say is whether the theme which you sponsor will ultimately be published in those X number of sites. You wouldn't want the theme to be published in only a small number of the sites eg. 10 out of 40 submitted. So, you might want to impose a condition to your offer with something like:-

    20% payment upon winning bid and 80% balance upon confirmation of the theme being published in all the sites mentioned.

    Otherwise, it is a waste of money IMHO.
