lol nope...only on special occasions. I'm sure i've been through kilt etiquette before somewhere on here. Edinburgh is a pretty nice city (although I get annoyed as it all seems to go uphill...), Glasgow is where i'm from (well a town nearby), it's a bloody nice city too (if you look up at the architecture it's amazing).
