    Will killing some of the lower (0.05-0.10) ads help bring in more revenue?

    Maybe. But maybe those ads are targeted to countries where that's the biggest amount you're gonna earn.

    I meant for CPM. Clicks, fine. They have some extremely low CPM. Some are good, others are terrible.

    Also, is there a way to guarantee banner ads every time?

    Yes, you can show image ads only.

    Just remove a couple lines from the code.

    eg:

    <!-- Begin: AdBrite -->
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var AdBrite_Title_Color = '009AFF';
    var AdBrite_Text_Color = '808080';
    var AdBrite_Background_Color = 'FFFFFF';
    var AdBrite_Border_Color = 'E6E6E6';
    var AdBrite_URL_Color = '990000';

    </script>
    <script src="http://ads.adbrite.com/mb/text_group.php?sid=xxxxxx&zs=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <div><a target="_top" href="http://www.adbrite.com/mb/commerce/purchase_form.php?opid=xxxxxx&afsid=1" style="font-weight:bold;font-family:Arial;font-size:13px;">Your Ad Here</a></div>
    <!-- End: AdBrite -->

    Remove the red bold code.

    Is that against the Terms of Service? Can I get in trouble for doing that?

    I don't know but that would seem like a way to kind of "cheat" the system...

    It is against their terms to modify the ad code:

    No, you can send an email to adbrite's team about this and they will advise you the same thing. It was from them that I get this info.
    Also, you can remove the "your ad here" too from the code.

    Again, my advise is for you to ask adbrite's team if its ok with them, as for me, I have asked them and they did told me about the method. It is not cheating.
