If that is what you seek to do is just get "upped" alexa stats there is a nice program called alexa booster and also alexa rankenhancer . Do a google search for them . BTW those are considered black hat . But if you purchase traffic for only the reason to "up" your alexa rank best use those tools they are free and will save you money in the long run .

I did search what you said above. I have found some which only generate hits from proxies. Alexa will not count a hit as a visit. Each visit should be as a pageview, (should load my site page completely) to get higher Alexa rank. Do you know any program which I can upload to my server and it can generate pageviews from different IPs? I am willing to pay $ for such a program.
