Anyone with knowledge please help me out... If I design a website for someone and they pay me for it... how does the hosting work? Do I setup the host for them... do they setup the hosting and provide the info for me to upload the website? I have a client that wants a website designed, but I am unsure how to handle uploading it to get it live for them... thanks!
Hi, If your clients are not aware of hosting and other things etc, Then you need to tell them that they may required to pay additional fee for hosting. You can tell them the straight price and use the hosting login common to you and your client. Suppose, if your client is not novice, you can ask them to get hosting and use them to upload the site. Yes, that would be a good idea. Inform your client that a website must have a host. Ask them to register through your affiliate link. or if they dont know help him to sign up for hosting account.
